Purchase Options

Regrowx offers two ways to purchase our products:

One-Time Purchase

Buy a single order with no ongoing commitment. You will only be charged once, at the time of purchase.

Subscription (Auto-Delivery)

Sign up for recurring, automatic delivery of your product at a set interval. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle, and your order will be processed and shipped according to our standard delivery timelines.

• You may change your delivery frequency, update your payment details, or swap products on your subscription at any time by contacting us.
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you have cancelled or paused your subscription before that date.

Order Cancellation

One-Time Orders

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, please refer to our Returns Policy for options once the order arrives.

Subscription Orders

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be requested before your next billing date. If your subscription has already been charged and/or shipped for the upcoming cycle, that order will follow the one-time order cancellation rule above (cancellable only before it ships).

Once cancelled, no further charges will be made and no future orders will be processed.
